Keep MOVING!

1,2,3,4,5,6,7, 8 weeks!!!!

Hey all you lovely people ;) Today is WEEK 8 for me on my new healthy living!! I am so happy I have stuck with this for a lifetime. I have my good and my bad days but I still keep MOVING! Now I feel like everyday it is not a matter of "awe, I have to workout" it is more like I am READY to workout! I must! If I don't I feel like I am letting myself down. Also, I am at a rough place right now. Let me explain.



So, I am to have one bad day to eat not so healthy to balance everything out..so yesterday (Sunday) I went to eat PHO <3 YUMMY. It is a Asian soup/noodle dish. Then today I went and worked out on my day off. I just felt bad for eating bad. Then I get home and my fiance has dinner made....today was not my day!! BUT I will not give up. Just know that you too will likely have a bad day but don't let it get you too down.

Also I weighed myself and I am still at 127...it is kind of depressing but I need to S N A P out of it because I was told that at some point I will plateau. I am
just hoping this is the case.

how can you avoid from eating too many calories when you are out?? CHECK THIS

I know this is a short blog I just seem to get busy all the time and I know I should but I don't always make time to read as much as I should so I MYSELF can be knowledgeable and then in return I can give good advise.
